HOUSE RULES BRINCKERDUYN

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to treat the house with respect. You must abide by the house rules drawn up for this purpose. Failure to comply with one or more rules will unfortunately result in the possibility that we will have to terminate your stay.

ARRIVAL

You can check in from 16h00 to 20h00. Each accommodation has a personal code which gives
access to the property. You can find this code in your reservation. You can park in the available parking space next to the accommodation.

DEPARTURE

Please check out by 10h00 at the latest (except Sundays).

The oven, fridge, microwave and barbecue outside should be left clean.
Please empty the dishwasher.
Please put everything back in the vacation home as you found it on arrival.
Please take all garbage out of the property.
Please remove all used linen and collect it together with the towels in one place, except for the mattress pads.

WASTE

We believe it is important to separate waste, this way it can be better recycled. In your vacation home, you can easily separate your waste in the trash: a compartment for paper, one for residual waste and one for glass. Separate your waste and hand it in at the waste disposal area at the beginning of the RCN campsite opposite the reception. 

VISITORS

Brinckerduyn and its facilities are set up with the aim of holidaying on a small scale and in a peaceful environment. Visitors can potentially affect this experience. Hence visitors are not allowed. If you do wish to welcome visitors please contact the Barbara or Alain.

WIFI CODE 

The wifi code of your home is 'brinckerduyn', so you will be online quickly! 

SMOKING 

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but is allowed on the terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the garbage, not on the terrace.

FRITURING

Gourmet or stone grilling is not allowed in the house.

BARBECUING 

Grilling is only allowed on the existing barbecue. Please leave the grill and BBQ clean. Open fire is not allowed anywhere on the resort.

SWIMMING POOL & SAUNA

Both are to be used at your own risk. Swimming after 10:00 pm is allowed, but without noise and splashing. And do you close the roller deck when not using the pool? Thanks in advance!

PETS

Pets are not allowed to sit, jump or lie in the pools, sleeping quarters and/or on the furniture. Please ensure that the dog is always on a leash and does not cause a nuisance by excessive barking. Please remove dog hair and other debris before departure.

MUSIC

Playing music outside is allowed, within limits. After 10 p.m. you must turn off the music outside.

MAXIMUM SPEED

The speed limit is 10 km (at walking pace) both in the campsite and in the resort.

 
OUTDOOR FURNITURE

Especially the cushions are water-repellent but not waterproof. In the event of rain or prolonged bad weather, the cushions should ideally be stored indoors - please note: not in the sauna.

COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

Despite our care, it is possible that you may have a complaint or suggestion. Please let us know in good time so that we can maintain and/or improve our service and quality and do something about it immediately and during your stay.
